The Fuel Rewards App is used at Shell stations nationwide. I was tasked with making incremental changes to the existing UX. Also, making updates to the existing UI. This proved a fun exercise of exhuming information on current user trends and marrying them with current UX practices, since the app’s existing framework had been developed in 2012.
