Project Description

I took it on myself to solve a hypothetical problem (not so hypothetical problem) encountered inside a mobile banking app. After conducting several user interviews, I was able to round out what pains mobile banking customers most. Again, part of the task is providing a plethora data at once while not overwhelming the user, and giving them decision fatigue.

I’m glad to go into more detail on research, persona development, journey mapping, architecture and design when we meet for an interview.
